Week 2 of the Inktober challenge. Busy week; it was hard to fit it in and I missed one day.

Strategically Placed

I spotted this arrangement on a small patch of lawn outside a large apartment building on Ocean Parkway. I think this whole thing is strategically placed to camouflage that pipe beneath the chair.

Inktober Week 1

I'm doing the Inktober challenge again, where you do an ink drawing a day. Here's the first week's worth. I wasn't especially pleased with any of them until today's. Some of the others were dashed out quick to be done with, and I didn't really demand that much of myself. Today's pumpkin drawing was done pretty quick, too, but is more successful as an ink drawing, I think.

Doorway of a building on East 70th Street. There's no interesting history to this particular building. It's just a cool door.
